Exchange and Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for returnable parts will only be issued in accordance with the following criteria:

  • Incorrect Products/Duplicate shipment
  • Quantity discrepancies such as short shipment 
  • Defective/Non-Conforming Products – Only upon approval by PCX Quality Control.

TERMS AND CONDITION

You are required to complete PCX Return Merchandise Request form. Please follow these instructions:

  • All discrepancies must be reported within three (3) business days from receipt of shipment.
  • Shipped Incorrect Products must be returned and received within seven (7) business days from receipt of shipment with an approved RMA number and must be ship back in its original packaging , unless prior approval is secured in writing via email to [email protected].
  • Defective or Non-Conforming Products must always accompany an Official Product Quality Deficiency Report or an Independent Accredited Third Party Test Report attesting to the claim . PCX requires notification via email to [email protected] within 7-10 business.
  • No returns are accepted via COD terms.
  • Products erroneously shipped (No RMA number) or that did not originate from PCX will be returned at customer expense.
  • Products purchased in error may be accepted , other terms and conditions apply.

REFUND POLICY

  • A Credit Invoice will ONLY be issued upon receipt of products, completion of inspection and approval by PCX Quality Department.
  • Replacement of Products can be arranged through your Sales Representative
  • Full Refund will be issued in the same method that PCX receives your payment and will be issued after 7 to 10 business day after quality control completes and approves the inspection and a Credit Invoice is issued to your account.
  • We reserve the right to deduct reasonable re-stocking fees and or other fees incurred associated from the return of the products in violation of PCX policy.
